Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Swiki (the “Service”), operated by Swiki (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. User Content

The Service may allow you to create, edit, or submit content, including text, data, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or restrict access to User Content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms or are otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Swiki and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including authentication providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
